Set up the teleconference through the HaloNet account

To reserve the teleconference through the HaloNet account panel is a solution recommended for people who wish to realize one or more teleconferences later in time and to have a room with permanent access data during a long time. Another advantage of this option is the possibility of previewing and editing settings of the reserved teleconference and the option of sending SMS with notification.

How to reserve a teleconference?

1. Sign in to your account (create account if you do not have one).

2. Click on "Teleconference" in the side menu.

3. Click on "Add a teleconference".

4. Set the date and time for the beginning of the teleconference (to activate a room) and the date and time for the end of the teleconference (room reservation).

5. Optionally: to send an email with notification and/or a SMS with notification (paid option) to a teleconference participants, introduce their emails and/or mobile phone numbers.

6. Confirm entered data by clicking on "Add a teleconference".

7. If the reservation proceeds correctly, you get a confirmation and the access data: teleconference number, ADMIN PIN and PIN number.



Teleconference start date
A teleconference start date (room activation) cannot happen earlier than 10 minutes and later than 30 minutes after the moment you fill in the form.

Teleconference end date
You can use one teleconference room for no more than 14 days. In the time period of your reservation you can have various conferences in different dates (e.g. different days, hours). During all this time you can use the same conference and PIN number (also: ADMIN PIN number).

Notify the participants via email
Use the form to notify for free the future teleconference participants about the start date and access data.

You can also send a notification through SMS. It is a paid option and the SMS price is included in the HaloNet price list.

Number of active reservations
In a given moment, for a given account, you can have no more than 3 teleconference rooms activated. If you remove one of them, you can add another one.

How to make a teleconference?

1. Call 22 350 09 08 or 908 (call using only the HaloNet number) whenever you wish (but not earlier than 5 minutes before the teleconference start date that you planned).

2. You will hear: 'To join the teleconference...', after that press 1.

3. According to the following indications, introduce the teleconference number and the PIN number (the moderator can also introduce the ADMIN PIN).


Teleconference duration time
Teleconference will last until its reservation time expires.

The teleconference ends when the last participant leaves the teleconference room (s/he hangs up the access number.) In this situation, if the reservation is still in force, the new teleconference can be started, by using the same access data.

Number of people
Up to 30 people can participate in one teleconference.
