Set up the teleconference by the phone

A teleconference reserved by the phone has to be set up and realized during the call. It means that after setting up the teleconference, a moderator is automatically redirected to the teleconference room. If the moderator leaves the room (hangs up the phone), the teleconference ends. This solution is recommended for those who wish to make a teleconference in the moment they do not have an access to the Internet, and consequently cannot set up the teleconference through the form available on the website.

How to reserve and make a teleconference?

1.Call 22 350 09 08 or 908 (only from the HaloNet number).

2. You will hear: "To make a teleconference...", after that press 2.

3. Enter any 5-digital number of the teleconference (it cannot contains the same digits or consecutive digits one after another) and press # to confirm it. If you introduce the teleconference number that is already in use by another user*, you will be informed about it. In this case, you need to choose another teleconference number and press # to confirm it.

4. After introducing the teleconference number, enter any PIN number.

5. From now on you are a moderator of the teleconference you made (check the moderator rights).

6. More people can join the teleconference by calling 22 350 09 08 or 908 (only from the HaloNet number). After hearing "To join the teleconference...", they need to press 1 and introduce the teleconference number and the PIN number provided by you.


* As opposed to the teleconference set up through the form, the teleconference number is not individual (it is not provided by the system.). For that reason, especially if the digit combination is simple, the teleconference number can be used by another teleconference user.

We recommend introducing a teleconference number in the most untypical 5-digital combination.

There is a risk that more people choose the same teleconference number to make a call at the same time. For that reason, the option of choosing the number with the same digits (e.g. 11111 or 77777) or with the consecutive digits one after another (34567) is blocked.


Teleconference duration
The teleconference ends when the moderator leaves the room (hangs up the phone).

Number of people
Up to 30 people can participate in one teleconference.
